We have made our terms easy for you to read and understand

In booking any service with us you agree to these Terms, Conditions and Rules

Please read carefully

Krafthouse Music & Media does not grant you the right to use the company name, logo, slogan or any other identifiable aspect of the company without prior written consent, this includes but not limited to works undertaken by Krafthouse Music & Media or any of our sister companies.

All clients agree to pay for the full duration of a booking regardless of the time of arrival, or amount of work they managed to complete within their session booked session slot.

All clients agree that sessions cancelled:

less than 48 hours will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee against the full amount of the session.
On the day cancellations will still be charged the full amount of the session.
Cancellations more than 48 hours of session time will be granted less 10% of the total booking fee.
You can reschedule a session once, as long as it is before 48 hours of the session start time.
Production and Mixing fees are non-refundable.

-note- Sessions Start at booking time regardless of arrival time.

Krafthouse Music & Media will carry out works to specification on behalf of individuals or companies in accordance with our own terms and conditions.

All works will remain property of Krafthouse Music & Media until the company has been in full receipt of any fees and fully signed off with approval.

Krafthouse Music & Media retain the right to use works or part of any works the company have undertaken for promotional use, including but not limited to names, trademarks logos and audio/ visual.

You accept that although our servers are secure upon sending us music or files of sensitive nature we cannot be held liable for any unauthorised access to mentioned files.

Krafthouse Music & Media will assume absolutely no responsibility regarding copyright infringement or ownership for commissioned works & recordings proposed by individuals or companies alike outside of our organisation.

Krafthouse Music & Media retain the legal right to turn away any individual or company deemed to be offensive or dangerous in relation to company policy.

All clients are held fully responsible for their travelling party/entourage on company property and also in relation to any works being completed.
